of Indonesian food needs the
same time and effort as to cook

Herb mixtures are made of a lot of
onion and garlic – peeled, cut and
blended in a blender with red peppers
or tomatoes, and braised for at least
three hours while constantly stired.

bay leaves, lime leaves, cloves,
cardamom, star anise, chilli,
nutmeg, cinnamon, white pepper.
We braise it for approximately
one hour. When we prepare
Rendang we add organic beef
cut in small pieces, Indonesian
soy sauce and coconut milk and
continue braising for 3-4 hours
WHILE STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
After 12 hours of cutting, blending,
stirring and cooking is our
delicious Rendang ready!
